BEFORE: The bedroom is built, but cannot be accessed from the house (unless through the old bathroom window!) This is where the doorways will be.
DURING: The gable end is knocked through to provide access from the existing loft into the extension's loft.
Looking towards the back of the house from what will become the doorway.
Looking towards the front of the house. The area on the left where the light is will be space for a built-in wardrobe. The area on the right where you can see into the bathroom at the front will be a separating wall after the knock-through.
Looking towards the back, plasterboard is going up.
Looking towards the front, the knock-through has now been done, the separating wall has been built, and we now have a bedroom doorway.
Looking towards the back, the ceiling has been plastered.
Looking towards the front, the walls have now been plastered too. The recessed area on the left is for the wardrobe.
Looking towards the back.
